City center Very nice htl at the city center.When I was there last October there were some works just outside of the htl but I guess they are done.Reception is normal size.Rooms are very good and well equipt.staff is nice.There is a restaurant bar which as I was informed is under different management where breakfast is served also.The food and also breakfast is very good but one of the waitress has to be more polite.Anyway you can walk almost everywere at Klagenfurt from the htl.

No air conditioning and heavy noise outside! Do not recommend to stay there during summer time - there is no air conditioning inside. I stayed there in July, August, September - everytime huge noise outside starting at 4 am - it was a disaster! It`s difinitely not a 4 star hotel.

Awful for business trips It is located in a great area with walking distance to everything. But it is really rundown. The rooms are clean and small. But you don't want to be on the street side. The place is awful for business. You have to sit on the floor in the hall or down in the lobby or leave your bedroom door open if you have any emailing to do. The wifi comes and goes on a whim. I ended up giving up the idea of getting anything done in the evenings. Service is pleasant. I thought the shower was awesome.

Not bad It was not bad but the city is so loud, not recommended for business ... there is no parking for the hotel you need to use the city parking spots, over all the hotel is below average compared to the price but it's in really good location

Basic Great location in the center of the city, everything is very close and walking distance except the lake. There are 2 problems: parking which is quite expensive if you use the garage or if you park in the street you have to stay close to the car to extend the meter every now and then. Plus, there is no air conditioning so the room was quite hot. Did not use any facilities so can't comment on the breakfast or the bar, but the steakhouse downstairs looked quite busy and smelled good. WiFi was good. All in all, a good stay but very basic. When you see the building from the outside you expect more than you actually get inside.
