Downtown Grand Las Vegas

It was very quiet and enjoyable to stay It's walking distance from freemont . The gallery side is amazing quality of room has a beautiful swimming pool. We only had an issue with a slot machine when asked for service no one showed up. So we left even though we thought we won. We will be staying here again .

Perfect Downtown Fremont Stay The location is perfect. Right off a side street in downtown Fremont, so everything is within walking distance. No need for an Uber unless you’re heading to the Strip. The rooms were clean, modern, and came with free bottled waters. The best part was the customer service. Andy at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made our stay even better. I’ve stayed 3 times and looking forward next visit. Highly recommend staying here!

Downtown but Not So Grand Got a corner room with a nice view of the Mob museum but we had issues with the AC as it wouldn’t work between 11am-8pm. Sometimes the room would reach 81 degrees and I should have called the front desk but was avoiding moving to another room. The hotel also doesn’t have many amenities, cafe, restaurant close early. On a Thursday night they only had one cocktail lady and she was overwhelmed kind of ignoring the new comers. This hotel didn’t feel welcoming at times with some dealers and pit boss. I will say the room was clean. There was a point we needed water bottles and someone came to help with that right away. Valet and bartenders had great service.

Nice Hotel could have been better Nice hotel but could have been better, we booked 2 rooms in the Gallery tower at the time of booking I requested adjoining rooms, I also called prior and was told it shouldn’t be a problem as it was mid-week but they could not guarantee, when we arrived to check in I did they $20.00 trick in hopes we would have the requested adjoining rooms, the lady who checked us in stated that there were no adjoining rooms available, but she sure didn’t hesitate to keep the $20.00 when she couldn’t fulfill the request and didn’t make much effort to try. There are no white noise machines in the room as stated on the website, never saw housekeeping and had to go request additional towels at the front desk, no bottles of water other than what was in the room at check in, bathroom sink very slow draining, towels were pretty worn. The air conditioner is extremely loud and does block out noise but the vents blow directly at the bed making in very uncomfortable. Casino is small and that has advantages, slots very tight, casino rewards and cashier staff not very friendly, bar staff was great. There are limited first come first serve lounge chairs at the pool, limited umbrellas for shade, there are reserved lounge chairs with umbrellas for a hefty fee which is waived if you meet a required food/drink order, with charging resort fees I expected more.

Downtown Grand for Punk Rock Bowling 2025 experience Great check in, room was decent, beds comfy. A little loud in casino tower when motorcycles run thru the street between the two towers but not to bad for a bartender like me. I am usually up til 3am in California. $3 beer and a hot dog was a great deal. Slots are not loose at all. Avoid corner room of huff and puff games. Never could find $1 black jack and the $5 crap table was fun. Our server in the restaurant on Sunday was not great but I kinda figured wouldn't be good when I asked for a 32 oz of XX lager and was served a 16oz of modelo. Ordered a bison blue burger was told out of blue cheese so said fine cheddar is fine. Than 30 minutes went by. Asked were food was at. He said kitchen is busy. Than 2 minutes later he showed up with a cheddar burger but said they had no bison. No worries. I felt bad for him at first but when saw four tables with a different server got orders,drinks,food came out, and paid out before we got our food I lost my pity for him. All in all good experience. Fix the elevators in your parking garage. Front desk person said been broken since they started working there.
