Definitely worth staying! Love this hotel, room service was slow this time around but when we called they came right up. The casino and dining are always fun and clean. Very organized and easy to get around. I'd recommend staying here to anyone, probably the most kid friendly as well, we will be back!

Horrible experience My experience here was awful. The first room I was given was filthy; what looked like BBQ sauce on the walls and carpet, a hole in the bed frame, and hair all over the sheets. I was moved to another room, which was only slightly better. The bathroom had loud gurgling pipes, and one night the sink and shower clogged, leaving me to shower in standing water. The check-in process also felt like a scam. I was told the hotel was sold out the night before and that I couldn’t check in upon arrival, which I understood. But then I was offered early check-in for a fee if I came back at 11am. When I returned, so did a crowd of others who were told the same thing. It’s hard to believe that all previous guests checked out at the same time and that housekeeping had enough time to properly clean all those rooms before letting us in. The whole process felt like a money grab. Overall, not worth the money. I don’t recommend it. Read reviews, watch videos, and trust your gut like I wish I had.

Pool sucks The room was nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and the location is good, too. Fairly central on the strip. However, the fitness area was lacking, with multiple machines out of order and the pool area absolutely sucks. A big concrete deck with no ability to sit in the shade unless you sell out big bucks for a day bed or cabana.

Excellent Customer Service — Corbin Avant I had an amazing check-in experience at Planet Hollywood! Corbin Avant was the staff member who assisted me, and he was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. He made the check-in process smooth and quick, answered all my questions with patience and a smile, and even shared a few great tips about the hotel and nearby spots. Corbin really set the tone for a great stay. Excellent customer service all the way!

Great Location We stayed in the hotel for two nights as part of a longer trip, 2 adult and 2 children/tweens. Firstly, the location of this hotel is brilliant-right on the middle of the strip. We stayed in a 2 queen room and upgraded when we arrived to a fountain view room - which was brilliant with a bath and separate shower. Beds were comfortable, although one gripe when we first arrived was that there were only 2 pillows on each bed, rather than 4; when I called housekeeping to ask for 4 more pillows, they told me I could only have 2 because the rules were “only 2 per room”, which seemed crazy given our 4-person occupancy. After two tries, I did get the 4 pillows, it was just frustrating that I’d had to put an argument together for it. Having learned from previous trips to vegas, there are no tea or coffee facilities on the hotel, so we brought a travel kettle and teabags etc. You do have a fridge, ice bucket and paper cups in the room. We bought drinks at a local supermarket and kept them in the fridge - it saves you some $, where everything is super pricey. We used the pool once, towels are available for free in the pool area and you can use sun loungers for free (although they are limited) or rent a sun bed for $75. Unlike other vegas pool/bed combos, this one wasn’t a “min spend on the bar” - it was $75 plus drinks, which seemed poor to me. Saying this, the colleagues who work in the pool area are brilliant, friendly and helpful. If you are driving, be sure to drop your cases at the valet area, as the main car park is a walk through miracle mile. Parking is $20 a day, which is charged to your room via a card they give you to get out of the car park. We thought this was pretty reasonable, given the location of the hotel we parked when we arrived and then walked everywhere from the hotel, never needing to go back to the car. Didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on restaurants. All in all, we were happy with this stay. Having previously stayed at Bellagio and Cosmopolitan, there isn’t a huge amount to differentiate from the hotel stay experience.
