5th and Final Stop Tour of Texas Arrived by hire car from Austin, excellent location with free parking, check in was a little slow due to computer issues but we got to the room with some assistance. Last stop of our tour and chosen for location to malls ,vista ridge is not as popular as it has been, other malls are accessible and excellent just a 10 minute drive. location to airport was great. Breakfast buffet style = very good. Flew home to Wales Uk after a x2 night stay.

Quiet and pleasant stay at Hampton Inn, Lewisville, Texas The Check in process was easy. Check in and out employee David was pleasant and friendly. The hotel was clean. Our room was clean. Rooms were comfortable. No issues arose during our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was great within five minutes from our event. Restaurants, shopping, and gas nearby.

The front desk staff was VERY rude The general manager was VERY rude. When a newly hired staff made some mistakes and charged me 2 extra times after I booked hotel through the 3rd party, which showed up on my credit card statement. I politely and patiently waited her explanations, but she doesn't listen at all to me, and started yelling at me, saying they are refunding me 1 charge, not a chance I can tell them that the 2 charges on my credit card statement...

Impeccable Service!!! Always a pleasure to stay where you feel welcomed and acknowledged...this hotel did just that!!! Great location, immaculate facility and best service ever! Will continue to patronize this hotel. There were several others in the area but why bother if the service is this good!

Just an OK place to stay. The hotel is OK but the problem I had was getting my room cleaned. First, you have to request room cleaning service which I find strange especially for a Hilton property. But OK so I called the front desk and requested cleaning for the next day and was told it was on the list. In the morning I checked with the front desk and the room was not scheduled to be cleaned so I asked again and was told it would be taken care of. In the afternoon I checked with the cleaning crew and my room was NOT scheduled for cleaning. Now I went to the front desk and had a heart-to-heart about getting the room cleaned which finally happened. Going through having to schedule a cleaning once is OK but having to do it 3 times and complain is unacceptable.
