Multifamily vacay in 2 rooms... Great stay. As MVC owners, we rented a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom for multiple families for a week. Great property and views as we stayed in the Egret wing on the 14th floor. We had a few mechanical issues (losr water pressure and oven didn't heat) that were resolved the same day. The grandkids (2 and 4) loved the room and beach. The kids activity center was well managed and accommodating. Parking was easy even in a big 7 person rental. Check-in was flawless with new renters in the other room. Lots of things to see and do in the area; we will return in the near future. Highly recommend Dolphin Cove Marina for a boat rental to Keewayden Island for shells.

Great vacation at Crystal Shores! We spent 5 days at Crystal Shores in the 2 bedroom gulf front villa. The deck is huge with a clear railing - gorgeous views morning,noon and night! The room was perfect- great kitchen, large dining table and a large master bathroom. We were on the 7th floor and loved it. One downside- one of the main elevators was broken while we were there; they did allow use of the service elevator. We had 2 lunches at Stilts (good food + great views). We were up early and enjoyed walks on the beach. We shook our heads at seeing towels and toys on the pool chairs before 7am. We came to relax so the only thing we booked ahead was a wave runner tour (it was awesome!). Our teens asked about the banana boat but that and parasailing were booked for the next few days. (Marco Island water sports is right in front of CS- we didn’t check anywhere else for availability). We used the upper pool a few times- thought it was less crowded than the lower pool. The water was warm! The grotto pool was cooler due to the buildings shading it. The slide was fun- longer than it appears. The beach was very nice. The water was super warm and the sunsets were spectacular. We had one day with scattered thunderstorms and were surprised at how many people stayed in the gulf and on the beach- CS was blasting their horn for the people in the pool and I’m sure people in the water could hear. I had just read about lightning strikes in FL so we stayed put on our balcony and waited for it to clear up. We had a great time and hope to return again!

Amazing vacation! From check in to check out, could not have been a better experience. Staff – courteous, expedient and over the top gracious. Everyone did their absolute best to ensure we had a great time. Rooms - modern, clean, spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen, and the nicest, largest, balcony we’ve ever had. Location – we didn’t venture too far out, but did walk across the street a couple of times for dinner and felt like there were good choices, plus, it was nice not to have to get back in the car.

Great vacation This was our second time here and we will be back as much as we can. We requested a particular room or one with a comparable view and we got the exact room. Sunsets were spectacular and we had a birds-eye view of the large crane and work being done on the roof which we found fascinating! The only drawbacks were minor; one bank of elevators were down and the wait times were lengthy. Television reception was horrible with the picture often so pixelated that we turned it off. The ice maker in the freezer was pathetic and made about a dozen small cubes in a 24 hour period. There was a bag of ice in the freezer; ice machines on the property would have been nice. You can’t beat the location and all of the great restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to return.

Crystal Clean at Crystal Shores Traveling from Fort Myer, FL to Marco Island, FL- you'd think you took. a flight to Aruba. Gorgeous beaches with exceptional rooms and views. The 2 bd rm villa was a fantastic stay with cleanliness being their top priority. The service of staff was top notch and it showed. Definitely recommend this resort to Floridians or out-of-staters.
