Clean and Convenient Okay Stay We used this hotel as a middle rest stop in both going and returning from our destination. Our first stop, when I took my photos, we were given room 311, and on our return home trip we were given room 432, and both rooms were truly the same. Our first time stopping there as Diamond status we were not asked about our status membership with the hotel brand nor given any water or anything. On our 2nd stop we were recognized as Diamond status membership and were given water and snacks. The rooms are not huge, but are comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is good to find food and stores nearby within a short drive. The staff at the Hotel during our stays were only professional and robotic and only interested in doing their jobs, except the front desk did try to ask as a way to seem interested on both trips, in asking us where did we come from and where were we going on our trip, otherwise the staff only talked among themselves throughout the hotel. Our room had a mini microwave and mini refrigerator, no personal safe. the closet is a flimsy plastic like material curtain that is in the room with the beds across the wall, it does have an iron and board, and with the curtain as a door you have more floor space as a closet. The bathroom shower had good pressure and plenty of good hot water, but the bathroom is very small and could use a shelf or cabinet for placing personal toiletries. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked, although it looked good, in taste it was just okay. The staff in the breakfast area did not seem very interested in the guest, and gave no greeting to guests coming in to eat, although they kept the area clean, they never asked if anyone wanted anything before they would shut things down with the lights out over the food area, which they did exactly at the time of closure (10:00 am). The hotel has an outdoor pool that looks nice with some nice patio seating that all appeared as being clean and well kept, but we did not use it. They have a nice fitness center that is a bit larger than expected with two rooms of equipment, and was also very clean. The hotel has about 3 separate private conference/meeting rooms located in the lobby areas.

Great stay and great restaurant next door We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly large and comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean, the bed was great, the shower was great, and they gave us lots of towels. The staff was uniformly friendly and efficient. And we loved being able to walk to the great restaurant next door, Isaac's, which had delicious food and fantastic craft beers. If we find ourselves in this area again, we will certainly stay at this Hampton Inn.

Worth the stay! Nice hotel. Great location to Roundtop ski resort. Great price. Nice room. Phenomenal staff and front desk. Nice breakfast included. Clean room and facilites. Best friendly staff. Lobby provided a great area fir our group ti get together, and play cards until the wee hours without distubing other guess. The restaurant next door is convenient.

Very accommodating! The front desk was amazing. The Hotel is close to everything I needed. Restaurants were very close and very easy to get to. Overall very good visit and I will be back to this hotel in the future. Breakfast was also good!

Newly renovated and great location Convenient location with friendly and helpful staff. Nearby dining options. Not noisy despite being just off I-75 about a mile. We needed to store something in a freezer overnight and the front staff did this for us in their kitchen without any problem at all. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again for sure.
