Not worth the price to stay here I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and have stayed at many Hilton/Hampton Inn hotels over the years. I rarely write reviews but determined that this one was warranted. We paid over $1000 for a four night stay. At check-in all I received for my member status was two cokes! The hotel is very dated and in need of updating. There was only one elevator working both in the hotel and in the parking garage next door. They only offered maid service every other day unless you specifically ask for something. The noise from Beale street is so loud in the room that they provide useless cheap earplugs in the room. The blind in the room was broken. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable too. The staff (with the exception of one maid) were not very friendly. Lastly, the breakfast was not very tasty. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. For the price, there has to be a better option in Memphis!

Don’t expect too much My experience at this place was not the best. The room I had checked in the day before was not the room I received the keys for—why bothering choosing a room with the mobile app. The elevators were not working to my expectations. One shaft was unserviceable. The other one broke down mid-week. Stairways exits were locked forcing guest to exit on the street before entering the hotel by an entrance around the block. When the weather turned rainy, water poured into the elevator shaft. Water was never left in the bedroom by the cleaning staff after cleaning (every other day). I really don’t recommend, unless the management put some real effort to straighten this place.

Pleasantly surprised. Stayed two nights in this hotel. Had seen some mixed reviews and our tour guide did not paint a good impression. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was well organised although busy. The waffle maker was a great idea and my wife loved it. Ear plugs are provided by the hotel as the location is noisy. However we were located at the back of the hotel and did not hear any noise at all. A busy hotel in a great location.

Great location! We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel had a great location, the room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The thing we liked most though was the location. It was right around the corner from Beale street so we were able to walk to everything!

Excellent facility, staff and location Very enjoyable stay around the corner from Beale Street. Clean, comfortable and excellent customer staff all around. Loved that the breakfast bar offered Greek yogurt. Felt very secure as doors and elevator required a key card for entry. Our room did not back up to Beale Street so there was not an issue with noise. Would definitely stay again.
