A grand professional affair A modern classic hotel in a great location. It is big but somehow does not seem like a zoo. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food options from a room service and restaurant perspective. The rooms are great and bigger than your average and very clean and with that extra bit of quality.

Great CDMX experience Great property with amazing staff to compliment. Courtyard view from the rooms are so serene. Even if you're not staying at the hotel it's worth stopping by for drink in the courtyard. Expertly crafted drinks from the bartenders. Also took the time to discuss various aspects and elements of the different drinks.

Staff keep asking for tips This is an expensive hotel and is (in my opinion) overpriced for what it is. I was bothered by staff suggesting we add a tip every time they brought a bill, particularly at breakfast which was supposedly fully included in my room rate.

Amazing Hotel If you are looking for a special hotel that tries to make everything very easy for the guest The Four Seasons Mexico City is a must stay. From check in to check out we had an amazing experience. Great bar and awesome room service plus an amazing staff. Highly recommended.

Great Stay Caring staff, quick and quality service, just as expected. Also, I had stayed here before a couple of years ago and felt that the food quality was better this time, by far.
