Best Western Plus North Canton Inn & Suites

King suite room Book on official website! Hotel is decently classy for the price with minor issues. Booked a king suite for my boyfriend’s birthday room was spacious but had stains on the ceiling and couch. The room was clean bed was clean not a single sign of bugs. The fridge in room was dirty on arrival i just wiped it off myself it was minor. Felt comfortable in the room and bed. The bathroom was honestly the nicest part of the room. bad TV placement and hardly any channels no tv guide. Hotel staff were amazing. Overall boyfriend and I had a great uninterrupted time. I appreciate that the hotel has many entrances and exits to guests with key cards only. Breakfast was good 6am-9am serving time but only one waffle machine so we did have to come back for waffles as there was lines for it. Many options available from eggs for meat protein options, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, juice, milk, and a coffee machine.

Quiet comfortable place to stay. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold options. There were several restaurants and shopping areas close by. Also, the hotel was not far from several museums we wanted to go to. All in all a great stay!

Housekeeping woes Arrived at check-in time but had to wait an hour for a room along with several other parties. We were there for a friend's funeral so it was a very difficult situation. The staff tried their best but couldn't do anything without management approval. Apparently management never replied because no one ever followed up with our requests.

A great choice in North Canton- Akron Area. Great facility with a great staff that are paying attention to the details that make for a nice comfortable stay. Emma was our clerk for both our check-in and check-out who was very professional and kind paying attention to our every detail of our stay. Housekeeper team of Briael and Ariann (I apologize if I spelled the names incorrectly) had done a fine job to present us with a clean comfortable room with nothing left undone and absolutely no missed spots to be cleaned etc. The facility inside and out are well maintained by the behind the scenes staff as well. The parking areas were convenient and well-lit and nice to have the doors that was securely locked for guest keycards, and just a short distance to the elevator. The was safe, clean, and quiet even though it was so conveniently close to our freeway and other businesses. We had a very comfortable rest in the King size bed, sofa, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, in room. The room was up to date with the modern outlets for chargers and dimmable lighting above the bed along with nice overhead lighting also. The overhead light by the main door of the room also had an automatic nightlight that lit up the area into the room and path to the bathroom at night. There was dining area for breakfast in morning, a well-maintained swimming pool and a fitness room as well as well-maintained vending/ice area. The little things are noticed on a stay away from home. This Best Western staff understands that. Keep up the fine work. We will keep you in mind when we return to your area.

President Day Visit Very clean and presentable. Safe area, very comfortable beds. Excellent shower and washroom facilities. I found the overall experience to be excellent. The location was right off the highway and very accessible.
