Not good The reviews in this hotel are WAY off. This hotel needed to be remodeled about 40 years ago. The whole place smells musty. It’s a dump in a really bad part of town. Drive a few short miles and stay somewhere else. I won’t be making this mistake again.

Stay somewhere else for less money and same amenties So I have stayed at this hotel on previous business travel, I figured that it would be acceptable. My flight was delayed over 2 hours due to weather and arrived into the OKC airport after 10:30 pm to find out that the hotel no longer runs the shuttle after 10:00pm. Then I arrive at the hotel to find out that the room which I selected was changed to a different room not on the same floor as I previously requested. The front desk clerk was less than friendly and when I asked for a actual room key was handed a card without a jacket. The rooms and hotel are dated to say the least, the iron in the room did not operate correctly and while they offer shampoo and conditioner they did not have bath wash. Then for breakfast was some scrambled eggs sausage, bacon and bread, no other real selections or drinks offered. This is what I would expect from a lower end hotel not Double Tree. Oh they did charge me $15 for the eggs which was about the only item offered which was acceptable. Really for the cost of the room and the value received, I would suggest a lower cost hotel the service and value would have been the same. Not at all the same as other Double Tree hotels I have stayed at. I will not return

There are way better hotels for the price. The hotel website says there is an airport shuttle. It does not tell you that the shuttle only operates certain hours. If you arrive late, or depart early be prepared to pay for a ride. One of the elevators was broken. Bathroom door was too big for the opening, so the door did not close properly.

Nice driver and staff Great experience and Anita the driver to the airport was a lovely person and provided great hospitality and a safe happy ride to the airport! Bed was comfortable and staff was very nice and helpful to me

Terrific Experience!! My day began with a vehicle and equipment challenge that negated my way to the airport. Please allow me to express my sincere appreciation to both Lesli and Anita for their professionalism, kindness, and assistance with smoothing an otherwise bumpy Monday morning. It is my hope that each of these exceptional ladies are recognized for the excellence they afforded me.
