Incorrectly charged I was charged for items at their “store” and never bought anything. I called and they said they needed to talk to the employee and call back. No call back and no response from the message through the Hilton website. Hotel was clean but sparsely decorated. No microwave in room is a big miss for travelers

Overpriced low budget motel not hotel. Spark has no spark! I booked the double queen suite in april 2024 for a wedding & requested early arrival of 11 am but I did not get a room until 200pm after several calls to corporate. The rooms for a suite only had 1 tv, no dressers to put your clothes in, no microwave in room so you have to go to the lobby to heat your food, no coffee pot in rooms no alarm clocks in room, no ice bucket and a extremely tiny fridge. The website says continental breakfast which is a lie. Low budget hotel with a mid price tag.
It used to be a Best Western before spark and I sure miss the Best Western.
The coffee and tea was really good.

DO NOT STAY , RUDE OBNOXIOUS WOMAN keeps your deposit and you never get it back Do not pay a deposit at this hotel !!!!!
Please listen . They ask for a $50 dollar deposit as you check in .Then on check out they say they have to check the room , we agreed to this . They then said the money would be be in our account tomorrow. We are still waiting 2 weeks on . The RUDEST woman I have ever spoke to says she is a so called manager there , just repeats that the money has been refunded then puts the phone down . Don’t pay the deposit or even stay there .
Please don’t fall into the trap of this RUDE woman who does not give deposits back . We are back in the UK now , whilst the hotel was ok the customer care and the cheek of keeping peoples money is disgusting .

I will never stay here again We stayed at this hotel in April 2023. Our check in time was advertised as 3:00pm, however, we weren’t given a key until 4:00. At 2:35am all guests had to evacuate the building due to the fire alarm. When we were exiting the building a trash can was overturned, blood was on the floor, exit door and the furniture. We stood outside, in the rain, for 30 minutes until the the fire company released us to go to back in the building. No employee was on site at the time.
The next day, at checkout, no clean up was done. No explanation was given. I would not recommend this establishment.
