Worry about what they might be hiding. You get what you pay for: 1. Small children being allowed on upper floors running around thru the night. Families of today have zero control of their children. Regardless of being on vacation people should have respect of the rooms around the room they are occupying. 2. Breakfast- Warm Juice, weird flavor coffee, controlled quantities tea’s. First IHG I’ve been to that serves warm apple/orange juice. There is only one machine but the attendant when asked stated it’s always been like that. Coffee is different. Hotel coffee has a distinct flavor and if the bean is the same then it must be the water. Dining area, the upholstery must have been ordered from the wrong company or just hasn’t been cleaned. 3. Sidewalks blocked by planters - on each side of the main entryway there are three large planters blocking the path. One is used to park a moped of an employee. Doesn’t help during the rain that I have to walk around from a covered to uncovered back to cover area. 4. Noisy Hallways- being an older building, wood instead of concrete was used for the floor. You can hear everyone walking up and down the hallway. Same applies to the rooms hence comment #1. Doors don’t seal so if someone in the hallway is having a conversation, they might as well have it in your room. This particular IHG is surrounded by more residential addresses than businesses which is the first mistake I made. I stay in IHGs all over the U.S. and this is a first. There is zero accountability from the staff and or regional managers. The unfortunate part was I paid for two rooms since we’re a family of six. When booking another Holiday Inn Express, check the location, read reviews within last 6 months, and if staying at this one, drop the A/C temperature and wear headphones to drown out the noise. Would I stay at this particular property again, no. Would I now question any future stay at an IHG, yes. There are numerous choices today unlike decades ago.

Bad first impression Not to thrilled with having the alphabet agenda pushed on us as soon as we arrive. Majority of your guests don’t care or want this pushed at us. Please consider keeping political and personal beliefs of others out of your hotel. Our bathroom fan did not work, tub drain was slow to drain, and outlet to mini fridge tripped turning off.

Convenient, and comfortable. We just checked in this afternoon, and had a great experience. The Front Desk person found my reservation, and was very helpful in the check-in process. She also provided some suggestions for restaurants and local places in the area to see. This place is very close to I-275, and was easy to find after a long day of driving.

Lovely. Cracker Barrel next door. We have stayed here before. Clean and lovely people. Highly recommend. Recommend. Breakfast was fine. Printer worked. Parking lot well lit. Only problem was with motorcycles in middle of night. Otherwise all was fine, and the cookies are terrific.

Close to Airport ( Noisey), close to 275 - easy access. A bit tricky to get into the hotel parking area off of main road. Lots of fast food places near and a few upscale places also. Friendly desk people, easy check in. We had 2 rooms with dogs next to us. . . You know they make you sign papers that you promise you "won't smoke" they need to update the papers that to say "your dog won't bark". . . NO BREAKFAST HERE.. unless you pay. We watched a football game in the bar/lounge area, great bartender. The room was good, with microwave; refrig; large TV, but not many channels of choice to watch. A bit pricey for what I think I got, but the area dictates it.
