Not up to IHG standards The front lobby staff was very polite but that is the only positive thing I have to say about this location. The guest room was not clean. The chair in the room was covered in stains, the toilet was dirty and the shower had rust stains. We were so displeased with the room we decided to cancel the remainder of our stay and change to a different hotel

First Visit This was our first visit to this Holiday Inn. We selected it because of it's location according to our travel plans. When we arrived, there was no desk clerk to check us in (rang the bell after waiting). We were in and out during the evening, and never saw anyone else at the desk. We took the small elevator to our floor (3rd), and there was a large bag of garbage in the hallway, which was still there when we left the next day. We found that the button to call the elevator from our floor did not work, which necessitated use of the stairs (it was apparently repaired in the night, because it worked in the morning). Our room entry light did not work, and there was no TV channel guide in our room. The shower pressure and the breakfast were good. The highway out front is very busy, and can be hard to cross at times.

Hotel or RV Park??? Older property well maintained and clean! Limited outlets in the rooms so make sure you bring a power strip to plug in all your devices. Upon arrival there was a diesel motor coach/RV idling in the parking lot taking up 8 or so prime parking spots directly across from the entrance. The idling continued until approx 11 PM then started up again around 5:30AM. I am not sure why management would allow a diesel motor coach/RV to take up prime spaces much less idle for hours outside the rooms. Our room literally shook due to the vibration. Staff was great , rooms are extremely clean but sooo disappointing that this was allowed.

Clean Room was clean. (Missed some of the outlets. That was it.) Lobby clean (but please clean elevator tracks). Comfortable bed and pillows. Very loud heating unit that I finally turned off. Paper thin walls. Grab and go (COVID) breakfast better than some and set up nicely. Coffee in lobby. Staff was enforcing mask rule. Right off highway and Easy access. I would stop at this Holiday Express again

One night only Luckily this was not the first time we visited a Holiday Inn Express or it could have been our last. I saw the reviews on the thin walls but didn’t take it too seriously. The location was great, it’s Holiday Inn Express so what could go wrong? The good news was the front desk staff was friendly and clearly trying. The bad news started with the sagging couch in the lobby. The wallpaper and water stains in the bathroom are hard to look past. If you take a shower, there is no need to worry about any germs when the firehouse force water in the non adjustable shower hits you square in the chest. The room smelled musty. The bed was pretty good and we did sleep but the previous comments were correct about being able to hear the next room. We were aware of every footstep from the room above. Breakfast which you can gather yourself in a ToGo Bag was limited in supply. The place is really worn out and needed an refresh sometime ago. The tattered Holiday Inn Express flag of surrender says it all. One night here only and you’ve been warned.
