Above and Beyond Customer Service My husband and I stayed at the Capital Hilton 12Jul-15Jul24; we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time in DC, the hotel is beautiful, the room was perfect, and the pillows were amazing. The hotel is a block and a half away from the White House. The staff and service were amazing, but I want to recognize two people who really went out of their way to make our stay and departure wonderful! Upon returning home I realized I had left my new thermal water bottle in our room; the bottle was a special gift from my sons for Mother's Day. Security officer Mary Hyman went out of her way to check the lost and found, sent me a picture to confirm the water bottle found was indeed mine, and then corresponded with me on her day off to ensure I received my water bottle at home. She had Sam the packaging coordinator box if up and provide me with a tracking number. Mary and Sam, I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful customer service and making our anniversary trip to DC amazing!! Thank you, The Carroll's

Tarik is phenomenal! Tarik and all of the staff were phenomenal and I appreciate you all! I enjoyed the smiles, laughs, and humor. I love going places that have just good, kind and joyful people around. I hope Tarik and others working today get a bonus! If you are coming to DC, stay here a look for my new friend to say hi!

Capital Hilton - Best in DC Best Hilton in DC area in my opinion. Large rooms. Very comfortable beds/pillows. Lobby is fantastic. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast Great location. Staff is exceptional. Frank Poku, guest service agent, was absolutely great - took care of all my questions/needs.

Excellent Hospitality in Washington DC Our visit to Washington was made more enjoyable by staying at the Capital Hilton. We booked two rooms so our daughter and her family could join us in DC for site-seeing, which we especially hoped the teenage grandchildren would like. The first and best trait of the hotel was the warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. Two deserve special mention, Frank at the front desk who checked us in and Fedi, a concierge in the lobby. Both were exceedingly gracious, informative, and attentive to make our visit successful. The breakfast staff was also exceptional, providing excellent service in addition to excellent food. Our rooms were also very nice and the facility in general attractive and pleasant. I highly recommend the Capital Hilton.

Front desk agent - Theresa Staying at the Capital Hilton with my production team for a conference and Theresa, at the front desk, was the best customer service experience! She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Having wonderful front desk agents is just one of the best things about this hotel. Never underestimate a welcoming greeting and great customer service!
