Amazing views from the top. Very well done experience from the elevator ride up to the video preso before the grand reveal. Easily spent 2+ hours taking photo's looking around and just amazing how much history is there. We tried the tablet video guide for $15 it was OK if you know nothing about NYC as it helps you find important land marks. I was surprised how much I knew and only picked up 2-3 nuggets of new interesting info. I thought the technology would interest the grandson but he did show any interest so I ended up using it the whole time.

My wife and I had a great time. The staff is very friendly staff. They even went out of their way to bring my wife back to shore after she got scared. I would highly recommend this place. I actually have been back twice.

The cruise is fun, the parking was easy it was easy to find. The food was good. The music was too loud.

The staff is really nice, ax master super patient with us. So much fun when you get the ghang of it and groups over 4 ppl are the best.
