My sister and I took my elderly Mom she loved it especially the kangaroos. The staff were so helpful the young man helped us go through he kept the way clear for our mom and her walker while also stopping and petting the kangaroos we were there a long time but he helped us the whole time.

Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
