The Groupon transaction was very smooth. The redemption instructions from the vendor were slightly different than stated, likely due to a need to update, but was manageable. The activation with Microsoft was challenging due to Microsoft's change to product activation, again something that could have been helped with updated instructions. The software appears to work as expected.
I purchased laser hair removal for the face. I’ve been twice, and I’ve already seen good results. I have had several areas lasered before at different places. Some have been awesome, some have not. This place is awesome so far. I know what the beginning of lasting results looks and feels like, and so far this has been a positive experience. Their laser is a strong combination laser and the technician, Mandy, knows what she’s doing and is very thorough. She focuses in on detailed spots that many others often miss. Highly recommend and I don’t say that lightly.
