Efficient check in. Very clean and well maintained. Many different whirlpool experiences. Large facility so never feels crowded. Fine staff. Also enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Very relaxing.
2-Hour General Admission Pass for One, valid any day
The staff was very helpful and got us set up with gear quickly. Even though we visited on a Saturday at 2 pm while multiple birthday parties were happening, there were plenty of climbing walls and activities available. Our kids never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes to climb a preferred wall. I also enjoyed the fact that parents could connect/disconnect kids themselves instead of requiring a staff member - this enabled the kids to get a lot more climbs in our 2-hour visit.
