Mona was great! I look forward to her taking care of my hair needs until she decides to leave us in ohio for sunny Florida! I've started the journey from essentially black hair to a blonde. I'm so glad Mona is helping me with this as she is SO knowledgeable about her craft, instilling confidence in me that she truly knows how to properly care for hair.
