Outer Island Expeditions was awesome! Our crew was safe and knowledgeable (Andrew and Shawn?). We followed 2 groups of Orcas, saw Puffins and observed a Stellars Sea Lion all from the required distances. My one small complaint is that they had 2 boats going that day and 1 of them had a few more amenities than the 1 we were on- mainly the presence of a snack bar. Thankfully, we were prepared.

No wait, everyone was very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. It was quick and efficient. And a pleasant experience.

They were very friendly. I bought the coupon a few days before departure and I totally forgot to make a reservation. Luckily was not a holiday - so - they still had room and without a doubt - they immediately took me in. It is covered parking and my car was well kept and maintained. I will definitely use them again.

This was the fastest, easiest and most helpful experience I’ve had in a long time! From reserving a time over the phone, to drop off and pick up, every person was quick, kind, patient, polite and even joyful! I was picked up at the airport in minutes and my car was waiting for me, headed out the lot, ready to go. No need to search the lot or maneuver around anyone else. I will definitely use this company again!!
