The woman at the front was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Also, the pod room is wonderful, with a shower and everything you need to head back into the world after being completely and utterly relaxed.
First time getting waxed, and she made it so comfortable and fun! Some of the little bits were stingers, but pain subsided quickly, and she let you know when she got to those areas. I'll be back!
