Doctor of Chiropractic Chuck Turkowski boasts both chiropractic and neuroscience degrees, and he brings that expertise to Life Fit Chiropractic. Dr. Turkowski believes in the relationship between spinal health and overall wellness. To that end, he eschews complicated treatments and technologies for adjustments and spinal work that can release pain and relieve joint issues. He's joined by a massage therapist who offers multiple healing modalities, including neuromuscular and sports massage.
WaterMassage Centers use the power of water to fight chronic pain without surgery—or any invasive treatment at all. Their chief service, the HydroMassage, relies on waves and jets of heated water to ease tension and soothe muscles. This hands-free kneading allows clients to remain fully clothed. It also shuns the add-ons associated with traditional spas—aromatherapy oils, models feeding clients morsels of cheese—and focus on rehabilitation. Also, clients might accelerate their body's natural healing response through whole-body vibration therapy, which also tones muscles, increases cellular oxygen uptake, and promotes lymphatic drainage.
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
_When people think "Chiropractic" they often think back pain. While we help scores of back pain patients get the pain free, what makes us different is that we offer many other services like blood testing and analysis, functional medicine, massage, spinal decompression, laser therapy and more. _

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
_We were featured on Channel 5 KOAA News because we helped a young man get his life back who was shot in the face and heart. We used laser therapy and chiropractic to get his pain down from a 10 to a 2. He was shot while attempting to save a woman from a shooter. The video is one our website. _
Holistic well-being requires a multifaceted approach to healthcare, and 100% Ageless embraces four of those facets: chiropractic care, Zerona laser treatments, Neuro Emotional Technique, and nutrition.
Doctor of Chiropractic Deb Riekeman draws upon more than 32 years of chiropractic experience as she performs gentle alignments and restores healthy function to the spine and throughout the nervous system. To aid her efforts, she occasionally incorporates instruments into her low-force adjustments, and she and her staff use low-level-laser technology to speed up recovery times. They also use laser systems for cosmetic purposes, shrinking fat cells and contouring limbs, waistlines, or vestigial wings with Zerona technology.
Though it's important for clients to feel pain free and confident in their appearances, Dr. Riekeman recognizes that only treating bodies ignores an important facet of well-being—emotion. Neuro Emotional Technique attempts to alleviate emotional stress by helping visitors recognize the connection between emotions and physical symptoms while using therapeutic bodywork to ease those symptoms.
The last facet of well-being emphasizes nutrition and provides clients with a personalized plan to begin living a healthier lifestyle. Plans can include supplements to help everything from hormonal imbalances to high cholesterol.
After receiving his MBA and a doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Chris Tomshack opened his own practice. But one wasn't enough. He needed a real challenge, so he opened two more—all while studying the successes of other industries. With this knowledge and experience stowed safely in his hippocampus's glovebox, he eventually launched his own nationwide franchise: HealthSource Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab.
Today, his chiropractors work alongside massage therapists and rehab experts as they craft custom action plans to help their patients overcome common ailments—such as neck pain and headaches—as well as severe conditions. Their Progressive Rehab method combines chiropractic techniques with rehabilitation therapies to relieve nerve pressure and pain. When they aren't nudging rebellious vertebrae, staffers stock a gourmet coffee bar with complimentary treats that always know just what to say.
