My schedule is very unpredictable, so getting an appointment that worked with both of our schedules required many text messages back and forth. Shadonna was incredibly patient, kind, and flexible. Once we had an appointment scheduled, I was an hour late due to traffic. Rather than saying we would need to reschedule, as most providers would, Shadonna waited for me! Throughout the entire experience, Shadonna was highly professional and so very thoughtful! I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend her to others!
Marcus is a professional in his craft. He arrived on time in a company-marked vehicle and uniform. He explained the service I was going to receive in detail. We walked around the 2005 Toyota Avalon before he started cleaning it. I was amazed that it took him over three hours. I was expecting a rush in and out like other companies I have used. Marcus' detail to attention showed in the finished product. The car looked and smelled brand new, including the floor mats. I will use him again for my other vehicles and recommend him 100%.
