I had a really great massage but when it came time to check out there was a lot of confusion the staff stormed into my room twice to ask had I booked an appointment it was something going on with someone not signing me in I thought The lady was very rude she came in and asked did I book an appointment and just stared at me then she left this happened 2 times during my massage she didn’t even knock on the door just barged in I felt very uncomfortable after that and left with a terrible headache from all the confusion. I was told to wait and speak to mgmt she got on the phone screaming I just handed the receptionist the phone and left when I got home I called Groupon to get the code called them back and gave them the code that was needed.what a waste of a great massage!!
