I absolutely love this place. Compared to other establishments, the Groupon rate makes it extremely affordable, and the process for enjoying everything the spa offers is great.
The only downside I would note is related to some guests who may not be familiar with spa etiquette. At times, people walk around talking loudly, laughing, or sharing commentary while others are trying to relax. In environments like this, many guests are looking for peace and quiet, and it can be disruptive when that expectation isn’t respected.
During my most recent visit, for example, a group of women were sitting on the floor playing Uno while others nearby were in massage chairs trying to relax, and the noise carried throughout the area. I would like to see staff more actively enforce quiet expectations so that everyone can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere the spa is meant to provide.
If you plan to visit, I would also recommend bringing AirPods or headphones so you can listen to something and block out any potential noise.

I saved money by not going to SeaWorld directly. SeaWorld will over charge you and then charge a $12 “processing fee”. And that doesn’t include lunch, which will be overpriced too. I saved money and got a free lunch which saved me money. Also, you avoid the relentless spam, text, and emails from SeaWorld. The spam and non stop notifications are really bad. I’ll definitely buy this again from Groupon.
