I love everything about this spa. I had a great time I plan to return for my birthday, which is Friday. Everything was great. I hope that the massage chairs are working this time.
This was such a good deal! The instructions were helpful and easy to follow to retrieve your product key. I actually signed on to my Microsoft account and entered my product key there first -- which meant I was already authenticated on each program and only needed to download and install. I thought I was going to need some help and emailed the company, but I solved my issue in about 5 minutes. They still responded shortly after that -- so the communication response is awesome. We bought this Groupon on a whim when we were spending an extra 24 hours in Houston. It was a short drive from our hotel. we were not expecting much for the price when compared to pricing of other bowling alleys in the area. It exceeded our expectations. It is not flashy, but it is clean and all of the equipment worked well for us. We also had food from the snack bar that was fresh and hot and reasonably priced. Would definitely come back again. It was an affordable way for a family of 5 to kill a few hours on an unexpected layover.
