The atmosphere coming in was very calming, I didn't have to wait any great length of time to begin. The room was comfortable and Rinna (sp) was wonderful at what she does!
The experience was probably my best waxing experience. She was efficient, personable, and professional. The results are great and she knew what she was doing.
