Really easy process. Received yesterday. Husband was really pleased with it as he has never had a toiletry bag for himself. Loved being able to put name on it too
GB Pillows are the all-time best I've ever had. The right balance of firm/giving/cooling. Got two a few years ago, and was beside myself to be able to get two more. I put them in waterproof cooling protectors. so the old and new are still prestine. All 4 are here in bed with us right here, right now! LOL!
