The unknown factors are how busy it will be and if mechanicals will be working. but you will never be able to get warmer or more relaxed on a freezing Chicago day. The food is great and changes so always something new to try. All the services are provided by skilled technicians, and both wet and dry therapies work their magic. If it is too crowded the first time you go, try a different day or time.
Very nice staff did a great job cleaning my SUV. When I called up to schedule the manager actually offered to have someone pick me up at the train station!
Such an amazing way to spend an hour. Could do this every week. Super friendly owner too who gives great direction on how to spend the time. Deeply rejuvenating and totally worth it!
