We have just began the parent taught online course and so far it’s great! They crossed their I’s and dotted their T’s. We haven’t had a need to contact support yet.
Groupon was easy to redeem and my daughter is working through the course with ease. Had an issue with the mobile app, but we ended up bookmarking the website to her iPhone home screen. The text read aloud is a nice feature for her also. All instructions are easy to follow for both parent and student.
