Sometimes life happens & we need to reschedule; Jeff has also been accommodating. The batting cages were a lot of fun for the grandkids. The different speeds for both baseball and softball made it really nice. Plus, the deal we got for the 50 tokens was excellent. We'll be back soon.

I thought this was GREAT customer service! When you purchase tickets and receive them it says REDEEMED, meaning you have the physical tickets. I have mine but haven’t used them yet. Thanks Scott for explaining that! It can be a bit confusing.
