FIRST OF ALL, 5 STARS FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME. I can be a stinker muffin when I feel overwhelmed or upset, but customer service continued to be attentive and responsive to my problems. I needed to remove some duplicate files from my computer before Office would download, but I didn't understand at first, and I demanded a refund and called it a scam. IT IS NOT A SCAM. AND THIS PERSON PROVED THEMSELVES by being patient and informative with me as I endeavored to figure this out. I'm glad they didn't let me give up. Now, I have Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Office and all that comes with it. and I paid very little for the Office Groupon. Thank you, software guy/gal, I'm getting old and the new computer stuff these days is intimidating and confusing, so I am especially grateful for fine folks such as these who try to understand and truly assist. I apologize for calling you a scam.
