I couldn't believe of easy the process was. Absolutely no glitches at all, I am not really tech-savvy so I was a bit worried how the process and installation would take place. I could not be more pleased. I even recommended it to a friend who is retiring and needs MS on his home computer now that he does not have a work computer. What really made me like this process even more, is I got a follow-up email asking if everything was working as advertised and did I need anything. How often does that happen these days! Groupon was great and so was David!
