Norfolk Guide

A Norfolk guide includes many options because there is so much to see and do in the city. Whether interested in shopping, dining, or touring, there are plenty of things to do in Norfolk. A great way to take in the views of Norfolk is by boat. How about a Spirit of Norfolk Cruise by day or night? Or, for a more historical-themed voyage, try a Victory Rover Naval Base Cruise, which allows observation of the Atlantic Fleet. For shoppers, there are many Norfolk deals and great shopping venues. For mall shopping, nothing beats MacArthur Center, which features over 140 stores—and an ice rink for winter skating. Those seeking a more eclectic ambience could visit the historic Ghent District. Here there are antique shops, galleries, boutiques, and more. The Palace Shops offer a great variety of businesses, such as Mermaid Winery, whose wines are made with Virginia grapes. Hi-Ho Silver offers fine silver from around the world and from local craftspeople. Family fun is easy to find in Norfolk. The 53-acre Virginia Zoo houses more than 350 animals, and features an amazing collection of animals from Asia. Nauticus, a maritime-themed museum and science center, is another family destination. There are hands-on exhibits, theaters, and aquariums. Also at Nauticus is the USS Wisconsin, which was one of the largest battleships ever built for the Navy. With so many Norfolk things to do, one might work up an appetite. For a quick breakfast or lunch, stop in at Famous Uncle Al’s, which is known for great hot dogs. Or, for seafood, a meal at 456 Fish is a must. The nostalgic décor is the perfect setting for the restaurant’s bold flavors and fresh ingredients. Coffee and dessert can be found at Bean There Coffeehouse. where their espresso and fresh pastries are local favorites. This guide to Norfolk is only the beginning of the numerous and exciting activities in Norfolk.

It has great people who work to make sure that you have a good time. I'm paralyzed from the waist down and the floor is even. Therefore I'm able to drive my wheelchair ♿️ 🙃 right to the alley and bowl it's definitely handicap accessible. And I don't have to feel anything but happy to be able to bowl like a normal person that can stand and walk. It's definitely fun for the whole family. God bless

Chicago Premier Plus Dinner Cruise on the Chicago River
Had a great time! DJ was off the chain, really good. Even though they only gave us two ravioli, they were the best me and my wife ever had, and they should make it a bigger part of the meal. Definitely recommended this experience!

This deal was a great value and I really enjoyed bowling here. It was two hours and that helped with playing at least three games. I would use this deal again in the future.
