At first, I couldn't redeem it! But you have to call CyberEd for them to redeem it. They were so helpful, answering all of my questions. They even called me back to help make sure my son was able to log in! I would recommend it for busy parents and teenagers. Oh, and make sure you purchase the parent self-taught guide. Along with this purchase, you will need the receipt for the DMV!
