Quick, informative, and not too painful of a visit / treatment! Melanie addressed all of my concerns & was super communicative, easy to talk to. The IPL treatment itself was a little uncomfortable (I'd never done it before), but my face is feeling better after a few hours :) Now to see if this first treatment does much for me in terms of facial redness / rosacea & following up with the 2 more treatments I prepaid for via Groupon.
