The experience was very positive. The staff was friendly, honest, and answered all my questions. They told me there was a nail in my tire and needed repaired. But when they tested the tire they found that it hadn't gone all the way through the tire and didn't require anything but removing the nail. So there wasn't any extra charge. I felt this was very honest of them. They could have charged me for the repair and said nothing.

So far, so good. I was able to schedule my parking and confirm the shuttle schedule to the airport. I also received the promised discount.

I purchased option 2 Groupon for the AC Service. The AC in my vehicle recently stopped blowing cold so I figured this was a great opportunity to have it checked out and save money. Booking appointment was easy and they had my car finished in 2 hours. Dan explained what was going on with the AC and when I left it was blowing nice and cold. I'm a lady and I disagree with the other's bad review.
