Christian greeted us upon arrival and explained each phase of the oil change and kept his co workers moving along in an efficient manner. Total time from start to finish on my Ford F150 was less than 25 min which I felt was excellent. I will be back!
We had such a fantastic time here that I felt a review was definitely deserved. As two wheelchair users, accessibility can make or break an outing for us, and this place truly impressed. The entire space was extremely accessible something that’s surprisingly rare and it made the experience so much more enjoyable.
While the locks were a bit tricky for us due to our own fine motor limitations, the staff never missed a beat. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Our game master stayed engaged with us the whole time, offering just the right amount of guidance without taking away from the challenge.
The room itself was thoughtfully designed, and we appreciated how easy it was to navigate. The only minor issue was the dry erase board being a little high, but we made it work and it didn’t take away from the fun.
Even with just the two of us, we managed to solve the room and that made the victory even sweeter. This outing was absolutely worth it and left us smiling long after we left.
