After payment, the key came over in an email with instructions that were easy to follow and made getting set up very quick. I was up and running in a short time and it was completely backward compatible with Office 2010 apps that had been created on an old Windows 10 computer that I needed to access from a new Windows 11 computer. Very pleased.
