Madison Fitness Solutions’ owner, Matt McKenzie, knows athletes. As an athlete himself, he has competed in Big 10 athletic programs, coached track and field at the college level, and worked as a trainer for nearly 15 years. Along the way he's become intimately acquainted with the frustration that comes from butting heads with physical limitations.
His routines, whether private sessions or group classes, seek to bypass unnecessary stumbling blocks. As a result, his training sessions are mobile, allowing him to meet with people at his gym, in the privacy of their own home, or atop speeding trains during morning commutes.
