I am very happy with the price and the quality of the videos. I look forward to being able to do more yoga at home to save time. I feel like the videos will give a great yoga experience linking breath to movement. I am not sure about the integration of yoga philosophy yet.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. I recommend to purchase directly from Gurn glass website. The small business gets more money and you pay less . Groupon takes a *huge* commission. Oops . (Almost half I believe)
