Quick communication. Email explained everything you need to do to in order to download and activate the software. If you're more of a visual person, they provide videos for further explanation. If you're worried about using their downloader, direct links from Microsoft are provided in the instructions. Great experience overall. Would purchase from them again.

This Shutterfly Groupon was a great price and there were no issues with redeeming the voucher on the Shutterfly site. The Shutterfly site is easy to navigate and the final product is very nice.

This is an excellent deal on the Microsoft Office product. Fully functional and it is a permanent license so you don't have to pay that maddening annual fee. When I first installed it I didn't realize I forgot a step to apply the product key. When the initial trial period was over and I couldn't figure out what to do, the folks at getsoftwaredeals.com responded quickly and walked me through the steps to get it installed properly and permanently. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly recommend this company!
