The whole installation was painless, yes even a Microsoft product can be painless if the right Company is there to help you....Simple, no problems and I have done this twice in the last month on separate PC's....I moved my company away from O365 which is a grand rip-off and can hose your entire machine if even after once installing an O365 program, O365 puts so many hooks into your OS and PC you will never recover unless you do a complete wipe of the OS, re-format your hard drive partitions and start from scratch....I have already done two and I have 2 more to do.

The guys did a great job and I was able to bring it in the same day that I called. Great service and the results were worth the cost of the Groupon.
