The facilities are very clean and the staff are very friendly to everyone. The float experience is unlike anything I have ever tried before - very relaxing.
Terri was amazing. I purchased the integrator massage. I like that Terri did this face and head massage, hot towel on feet, neck and back. I only did 60, but was productive. I would come back.
What a fun experience with added health benefits! The owner Stephanie was so friendly and helpful, she explained everything about the Salt Room Therapy and made sure that we were comfortable during our session. The room was so relaxing, nice soft music, comfortable chairs and room temperature. We will for sure be returning for the Salt Room and some of the other services offered at Nirvana.
