Excellent customer service! I have a Mac and mistakenly ordered Microsoft Office for PC; the tech24 customer service was quick to refund me the order and helped with the installation of the new version I purchased for a Mac. When I encountered a weird ‘error 53’ error when another user of the Mac used Office, support was quick to offer solutions, All question and issues were always addressed extremely quickly (I’d guestimate between 15 minutes to an hour). I would highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again myself, if I ever needed other products they offered
