The office staff were welcoming and very helpful. The Nurse Practitioner who performed my procedure was very thorough, skilled and explained everything. I felt comfortable with the entire process.
Best experience I've ever had while receiving my "maintenance." Dr was very informative when asked about other services provided & Jess (administered my dysport) was fantastic! Can't remember a time I walked into an appointment and laughed so hard! 10/10 would highly recommend. Wouldn't refer anyone I know anywhere else!
the experience went well however i didnt like the fact of being charged a hidden fee of 200.00 for follow up visits. also i was mistakenly given the same prescription to fill which caused me to pay an extra 150.00 because my insurance just paid for the first one. its 7 years later and i can still see well.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. Ensured that I felt comfortable knowing what to expect and could stop if it became painful (it didn't). Treatment took about 10 minutes. The spa is very clean. I will definitely come back.
