The staff was very friendly and particularly nice. I went for an RF Micro-needling with PRP (platelet-rich-plasma). The blood draw for my platelets/plasma was easy, even with my hard to hit veins. And my face was fully numbed so I didn't feel any pain. The day after I had no redness or swelling. Will be back again!
