We enjoyed a 50-minute couples massage with access to the spa amenities, and overall it was a very nice experience. Parking was easy, the massage was excellent, and the facilities were clean and well maintained.
The pool area was quite busy during our visit, so lounge chairs were limited. Booking earlier in the morning would likely provide a quieter and more relaxed experience.
The only small hiccup involved a Groupon promotion advertising 20% off retail skincare purchases. I was interested in purchasing several of the products, but the staff were not familiar with the promotion and were unable to apply the discount, so I decided to hold off on the purchase. I was particularly interested in several of the skincare items and would definitely plan to purchase them on a future visit if the retail promotion details are clarified.
Guests should also be aware that there is a 22% service charge for therapist gratuity, calculated on the full retail price rather than the Groupon rate, so it’s helpful to review the fine print ahead of time.
Overall, we had a very positive visit and would gladly return when visiting Florida again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the couples massage. Both ladies were lovely people and did a very professional wonderful massage. Everything from beginning to end was one of the best massage experiences we have had. Truly, the best! We left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Just what we needed.
