From contacting the business to schedule service thru the service completion, I was very well oleased with service as in the past. My recent service exceeded all! The Technician was veryfriendly and professional. He perused the house for ducts location, in and outflows. He provided us needed info to reduce accumulations in ducts. He amazed me when showed me the amout of dust he removed! He was very thorough in his work, desiring to do the best job, which he truly did!
Sam was prompt and took extra care to make sure that he kept everything clean including replacing the air filter on his vacuum. So happy to have a safe clean chimney for this winter!
