We parked before a big snowstorm that was followed by sub freezing weather. When we returned 10 days later, we found our car totally cleared off of snow and ice. What a relief to not have to spend all the time it would have taken to dig out in the 20 degree weather. We park here a few times a year, and always find the staff to be courteous and friendly.
