I purchased MS Visio from mycodes24.com through a Groupon, yesterday, 1/29/26. I had previously purchased MS Project from mycodes24.com on 1/5/26 and that process went well. This time the installation of Visio failed, stating that I needed to remove the other MS products on my machine. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use the product I purchased or the previous one I already own. I contacted mycodes24.com support and they walked me through everything. It took a little doing but everything works great and the price is fantastic. The team was very helpful. It was a Microsoft issue in the way the products work together - had nothing to do with mycodes24.com. I will be purchasing MS Office from them next. I recommend.
